Luxury Villa in Larnaca is a 330 square metre residence in Pervolia, designed by Kivo Design House in a refined French style. It is one of our most distinctive projects, a home that steps away from contemporary minimalism toward classic European elegance, and is all the richer for it.

The interior draws on the timeless language of French design. Panelled walls and delicate mouldings, herringbone oak floors and soft, elegant proportions set the tone, while marble, brass and considered joinery add depth and craft. The palette stays gentle and sophisticated, layering creams, warm neutrals and muted accents so the rooms feel graceful rather than grand.

Every space was composed with care, from the entrance and living areas to the private quarters, balancing formality with genuine comfort. Bespoke detailing and a curated mix of textures give the villa a sense of heritage and permanence, a home designed to feel collected over time rather than simply decorated.
