Andrea Charalambous trained in Manchester, where she first understood how deeply a space can shape mood and everyday life. After years within established design practices, she founded Kivo Design House in 2016.
The studio has since completed private residences, hospitality venues, commercial spaces and bespoke interiors across Cyprus, each shaped around the identity and lifestyle of its client.
Every project is a dialogue between the client's vision and the studio's creative and technical approach. The goal is always the same: a space with character, balance and atmosphere that feels effortless, functional and timeless.

We establish the core style, theme and atmosphere, study the architectural drawings and propose layout solutions. The chosen plan becomes the foundation for every design decision that follows.
Technical Documentation & Detailing
Custom joinery and furniture receive full construction drawings, alongside complete lighting concepts, electrical plans and the palette of materials and surface finishes.
Curation & Procurement
Furniture, decorative lighting, fabrics and accessories are curated for harmony and longevity. Detailed supplier quotes keep project costing transparent at every stage.
Presentation & On-Site Supervision
Each selection is presented and reviewed before execution, so every decision feels intentional and fully aligned with the vision. On site, we oversee the works until the design intent is faithfully delivered.
