Hadjiloukas Construction Offices

Hadjiloucas Construction Offices is the complete interior design of the company’s 400 square metre head offices in the industrial area of Tseri, Nicosia, created by Kivo Design House for one of Cyprus’s established construction firms. As part of an ongoing collaboration, the brief was to build a workspace that reflects the client’s own identity, robust, grounded and quietly confident.

The design covers everything, from space planning and material selection to lighting and custom furniture. A distinctive entrance sets the tone, leading into interiors where raw and refined elements meet. The reception desk, crafted from rusted steel plate, becomes a sculptural centrepiece, an honest nod to the materials of construction itself.

Bespoke joinery, architectural lighting and a considered palette of concrete, timber and blackened metal give the offices a strong, cohesive character. The conference room is a highlight, a striking space designed to impress clients and partners while remaining practical for daily use.

Throughout, the materials were chosen to echo the company’s world of building and making, translating the client’s style into a professional environment that feels authentic rather than corporate. The result is a headquarters with genuine presence, a workplace that tells the story of the people who built it.
