The Courtyard Residence

Located on the outskirts of Nicosia, Cyprus, this residence was envisioned for a young family seeking a balance of understated luxury and natural living. Drawing inspiration from contemporary Brazilian architecture, we integrated solid wood across the ceilings, while the bedrooms feature warm parquet flooring to enhance the natural serenity of the private spaces.

In contrast, the living areas flow seamlessly with striking marble accents and continuous ceramic floors that extend outward to the terrace. Large, fully opening windows dissolve the boundary between inside and outside, allowing life to spill naturally into the expansive garden. This thoughtful material palette, from bold natural marble to authentic stone exteriors, creates a timeless, premium home.

The open-plan layout unifies the kitchen, living, and outdoor spaces, offering a clear, elegant flow that celebrates the family’s connection to both nature and home.

We are honoured that this project, The Courtyard Residence, received an award in the Residential Interior Private Residence category at the 2026–2027 European Property Awards. This recognition holds special meaning for us, celebrating the care, thought and personal connection that shaped every detail of this home.
