Mediterranean Mansion in Paphos

Just moments from the Tombs of the Kings, this holiday residence was conceived as a place to slow down. Kivo Design House shaped the full interior for owners who return to Paphos to unwind, to be close to the sea and to gather as a family.

The palette is soft and sun washed, drawn from the coastline itself. Natural stone and honed travertine ground the living spaces, warmed by pale oak, textured plaster walls and linen in tones of off white and sand. Rooms are kept calm and uncluttered, with built in furniture and considered lighting doing the quiet work, so nothing competes with the light or the view.

The living areas open outward, softening the line between interior and terrace, while the bedrooms stay cool and restful. Every detail was resolved in house, from the joinery to the smallest fitting, giving the home a sense of ease rather than effort.

The result is a relaxed coastal sanctuary. A house that welcomes the family back, holds the day’s light, and lets the Mediterranean do the rest.
