Gladstonos Penthouse

Gladstonos Penthouse sits in the heart of Nicosia, within Coeo Gladstonos Exclusive Residences by Rotos Group, one of the most prestigious addresses in the city and set beside the Pedieos River and the Nicosia Linear Park. Kivo Design House designed the full interior of this penthouse, a refined home for city living at its most elevated.

Across 395 square metres, including the exterior spaces we designed, the residence holds four bedrooms, a dedicated home office, an open living and kitchen space and four bathrooms, opening onto a generous veranda. Its defining moment is the private rooftop, a terrace with a pool and barbecue that looks out across the whole of Nicosia, and most beautifully over the pine trees of the park below.

The interior is styled in a calm japandi and modern language, where warm minimalism meets clean contemporary lines. A neutral palette of soft woods, stone and muted tones is lifted by considered touches of colour, giving each space warmth and personality without noise. Natural materials, layered lighting and restrained detailing create a home that feels both serene and quietly luxurious.

The result is an elevated urban retreat, a penthouse where prestige, comfort and view come together above the city.
