Dental One

Dental One is a contemporary dental clinic in Lakatamia, Nicosia, designed by Kivo Design House as a calm, reassuring environment for both patients and staff. The brief was to translate a clinical programme into a space that feels welcoming and considered, from the first step into the lobby to the treatment rooms themselves.

The plan holds two treatment surgeries, a reception and lobby, a dedicated radiography area for patient x-rays, sterilisation rooms and washroom facilities, all organised for a smooth, intuitive flow. Kivo also designed the building’s facade, giving the practice a coherent identity inside and out.

The material language is clean and quietly warm. A soft, neutral palette is paired with natural wood accents, seamless, easy to maintain surfaces and layered, glare free lighting, so the space feels hygienic yet human. Calm tones and uncluttered detailing help ease the patient experience, while clear sightlines keep the clinic efficient for the team.

The result is a modern healthcare interior that balances function, hygiene and comfort. A dental practice that feels professional and calm in equal measure. Completed in 2026.
